Praying Families, Bk Stand Up PLG and Vanity Addiction would like your support in bringing joy to the hearts and a fresh start to the young ladies of Independence Inn #2 in 2013! Feeling Special is always a Necessity, no matter what your economic status is! Be a friend and please donate body care and fragrance products to Brooklyn based young women, ages 16-21, residing in SCO Family Services’ Sanctuary for the Homeless. This is their place of hope and restoration.  Let the Love of our Living God soak them in his oil of joy instead of mourning, and bring a crown of beauty instead of ashes! 
The young ladies reside in a cooperative environment where they are provided educational services, vocational training and job placement. With supportive counseling, these young adults learn basic life skills including cooking and money management. Independence Inn #assists the resident in finding permanent housing and prepares them for independent living. Any cosmetic gift would be appreciated (ex. Body creams, powder, lip-gloss, perfume, bath gel etc.)
